- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst hospital in the state of Texas. Both my son and I came in at 9am in the morning. My son has a bad earache and I'm having problems with my lungs. Its 2:53pm and we have not received our prescription. Ive called 5 times today and the last call I was told we will not get our perscription until there shift Texas tech shift is over. Now I'm not that dumb. You go to the doctor you either leave with a paper script or they send it by computer which takes 2 minutes to do. Why are we not important? My son has been in pain since 3am and texas tech don't care. Shame on you for allowing my son to be in pain. I have insurance and we still get treated like crap. I pray nobody dies cause of texas tech incompetence. Sad you treated us like that. You lost our service.August 22, 2017by Joshua Hutson
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My 1yr old has been running high fevers of 100 & 100.5 with bronchitis. He doesn't seem to be getting better and he developed a rash on his face today. He's been taking antibiotics. I take him in for an appointment today and am told nothing. Absolutely nothing. That he just has a virus & the rash...well who know. If he's fever gets high or not getting better to bring him back. Are they kidding??!!! That's I made an appointment today! Its ridiculous and absurd. This hospital is just awful.February 26, 2017by Vristal Ela
