- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My previous car insurance was with very well known company. For six years, I would see around town my insurance agent's picture on the side of a car. In those six years, not one time, did I ever meet the person face to face. I did have an appointment to meet with him once, and when the time came, his secretary informed me that he would not be able to meet with me, but rather she would take his place for the meeting. Jim Kirkpatrick is a friend of mine and I hadn't seen him in a while. One day my wife ran into Jim, and she told me that he was an insurance agent for Farmers. I contacted Jim, and switch from my previous insurance company to Farmers. Jim from the beginning, spent time on informing me about my new policy. He told me aspects about my policy, that in the past, other insurance agents never told me about. He is honest and hard working. There have been times that I have called him after business hours with questions, and he spent the time to answer them. If I call him, and he is not available to take my call, I leave him a voice mail, he calls back. I am impressed with Jim Kirkpatrick.
