- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Altered my policy history, added claims for just calling about coverage, & even changed no fault to at fault, refunded SFPP payments & said they weren't paid, called at night asking about my personal life, & never once had adjuster call or ensure body shop put TPMS back on (i had to pay for repair because repair guarantee is not something State Farm honors). Years later wondering why im paying double/surcharges, find out what her office did to policy & no agent can fix policy inaccuracies. Almost 10 yrs of loyalty & ON TIME payments.
