- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took 6 months to get agent change. We moved 1 block & premium went up 16%. They sent renewal certificate to wrong address. Was told credit card would be charged set amount, its still changing. Reps keep saying there's nothing they can do, but obviously there is. Everytime i have to go to this office, they passive aggressively say deal with it. Customer for 9 yrs, & this is how i expect to be treated?March 25, 2017by Anonymous
